Pricing: Base Price + Hourly Rate + Fuel Charges

Base price:£35 for straight forward sweep.

Hourly: £20 if any major problems are encountered.eg birds nests or blockages.

Every 10 miles outside of Carlisle: add £5

If you suspect your Chimney may have a problem a simple smoke test at a small cost can save lives…  £10 per test.   also includes visual checks and remedial diagnosis quotes.

These prices are to give you the customer a fair idea or rough average, prices may vary depending on the condition and findings in the chimney such as birds nests and  any blockages, also small repairs and fire refurbishment can be individually priced ,Insurance compliant certificates also given on the successful completion of all safety checks.
